Thank you for your interest in partnering with us to love and serve the children of Riverview Church. Below is an overview of the application process and expectations for those who seek to serve in Children’s Church at Riverview.
Step 1 - Submit Children’s Ministry Application
Please note that to begin the application process, you must meet the following two qualifications:
After you have submitted your application form, one of the children’s ministry team leaders will be in contact with you to answer any questions and move the application process forward.
- You are a voting member of Riverview Church.
- You have been attending Riverview for six months or longer.

Step 2 - Complete a Background Check
The Office Administrator will send you a link to complete a background check.
Step 3 - Review and Sign Riverview’s Policies and Procedures Manual

Step 4 - Complete Ministry Safe Training
The Children's Church administrator will send you a link to complete this training.
Step 5 - Complete Class Specific Training
- Infants
- Toddlers
- Kids
- Coordinators
Step 6 - Complete the Ready to Serve Form
After you have submitted your “Ready to Serve” form here, a Children’s ministry leader will get you scheduled.
